New Covenant Church in Haifa

We are a body of Arab believers from Mt. Carmel, Haifa.

Our church started with 3 couples in a home meeting in January 2003. Now we are a thriving and growing body of worshippers. Our vision is to proclaim the message of reconciliation to our families, in our neighborhoods and to the world.

There are thousands of sheep without a shepherd on Mt. Carmel. We believe that the Good Shepherd is calling lost sheep home. God’s heart of compassion for the lost is limitless. At the New Covenant Church we want to show God’s compassion to the brokenhearted, hopeless and hurting people. We want to announce that in Christ there is the promise of restored and renewed relationship with the Heavenly Father.

There is great opposition to the gospel of Christ in our land. There are divisions between all sectors of society - some of these divisions go back for generations - even to the time of Abraham. We believe that only through Jesus can we have true peace - reconciliation to our God and to our brothers.

The “One New Man” Ministry. (Ephesians 2:14-16) Here on Mt. Carmel we want to model a people transformed by Christ - no longer separated from our neighbors by a wall of hostility, but reconciled to God and our brothers. Sons of Isaac and Ishmael, formerly bitter rivals, now reconciled as one new man in Christ.
